Responsibilities
- Create and implement reporting and analytics solutions tailored to client needs within the Workday platform.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving reporting and analytics challenges in the Workday system.
- Partner with client project teams to define, build, and roll out reporting and analytics functionality.
- Meet project deadlines by delivering assigned tasks according to established timelines.
- Enhance client satisfaction through high-quality service and solution delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, diverse environment.
- Guide team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices in analytics and reporting.
