Deloitte is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for roles in the US and Canada while partnering with colleagues globally. You will solve complex acquisition challenges and provide consultative recruiting solutions to support key business strategies.
What You'll Do
- Own the full life cycle recruitment process for roles in the US and Canada, from proactive sourcing through hire.
- Build relationships and partner with Deloitte colleagues in various countries for other geographies.
- Develop and foster strong relationships with multiple hiring managers and leaders across business units.
- Provide consultative recruiting solutions for a variety of positions across the globe.
- Partner with recruiters in other geographies to source and hire the right talent for open roles.
- Monitor role status and effectively represent updates to business leaders with confidence.
- Focus on time to fill and proactively seek approaches to shorten cycle time.
- Advise stakeholders on locations, levels, and structure of roles.
- Ensure commitment to data integrity and updating systems in real time.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for sourcing candidates and leveraging state-of-the-art sourcing and networking techniques.
- Seasoned at fostering relationships and credibility with stakeholders.
- Experience reporting results with confidence and clarity to senior leaders in a large, matrixed corporation.
- Experience managing a high volume of roles in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Able to work flexible hours given the global nature of this role.
- Knowledge of current recruiting best practices.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with a process orientation.
- Commitment to data integrity and ensuring systems are updated in real time.

- Compensation: $69,000 - $114,000 base salary plus variable pay opportunities.
