Sigma Marketing LLC is hiring a Senior Recruiter - iGaming to own talent acquisition for leadership, marketing, operations, and technical roles. You will leverage your deep sector expertise and network to support strategic hiring and workforce scaling.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and high-volume roles in the iGaming sector.
- Partner with leadership to understand strategic hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Build and leverage a strong network within the iGaming community to source passive and active candidates.
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies, including head-hunting, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical, operational, and cultural fit.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across functions like marketing, operations, product, compliance, and leadership.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and transparency.
- Stay current on iGaming hiring trends and talent market movements, especially within Europe, Eastern Europe, and the Caucasus.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive recruitment experience within the iGaming industry (minimum 4–5 years).
- Proven ability to fill high-level executive and leadership roles.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines alongside senior searches.
- Established network and familiarity with the iGaming and online betting talent pool.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
