Talentful is looking for a Senior Recruiter - German Speaking for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will focus on finding and attracting top talent for a major technology client. In this role, you will be embedded with one client at a time, diving deep into their culture and partnering with senior stakeholders to transform their talent practice.
What You'll Do
- Find and attract leading talent for our clients.
- Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other creative strategies.
- Dedicate your focus to one client at a time, embedding deeply within their professional and social culture.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, demonstrating the value of modern talent practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage relationships, particularly with senior-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both candidates and internal partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken German.
Nice to Have
- Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
