About the Role

Unison Group is hiring a Senior Recruiter to lead our Australia-based hiring efforts. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT positions, partnering directly with Australian hiring managers. This is an India-based, fully remote role that requires you to be available during standard Australian business hours.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Australia-based roles, from requirement gathering and sourcing to interviewing and closing the hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients in Australia to define job needs and deliver high-quality candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment tools.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate cultural, technical, and functional fit.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Lead offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding coordination for successful hires.
  • Keep accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience and build long-term talent pools.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 8+ years of recruitment experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience focused on hiring for the Australia market.
  • A strong understanding of Australian job roles, industries, and hiring expectations.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Seek, Indeed AU, and other channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for Australian client and candidate interactions.
  • Ability to independently manage the full recruitment cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort with fully remote work and availability during Australian business hours.
  • Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.

  • Ability to independently manage the recruitment cycle with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working fully remote and available during Australian business hours.
  • Experience hiring for IT roles is a must.
