DDS Marketing was looking for a Senior Recruiter

Neametric is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the attraction, hiring, and retention of top-tier talent. In this role, you will build a robust talent pipeline by collaborating with department managers, proactively identifying hiring needs, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection.
  • Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) for at least 1 year.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone screening, reference checks).
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
  • Familiarity with HR databases.
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-working skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
