Neametric is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead the attraction, hiring, and retention of top-tier talent. In this role, you will build a robust talent pipeline by collaborating with department managers, proactively identifying hiring needs, and leveraging diverse sourcing methods.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate platforms.
- Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) for at least 1 year.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone screening, reference checks).
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
- Familiarity with HR databases.
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong decision-making skills.
