About the Role
The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and driving continuous improvement in QA processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA strategies and processes for the Earn product.
- Lead a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Work with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Participate in the development of automated testing frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates on QA status and progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure code quality.
