Responsibilities
- Review video content submitted by public sector clients, identifying errors, inconsistencies, technical issues, and audio or visual defects.
- Verify that all videos meet Granicus standards, customer specifications, and any other documented compliance requirements.
- Record and document issues in comprehensive reports, highlighting trends and patterns for senior leadership.
- Manage work queues and backlogs efficiently by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution while maintaining an organized workflow.
- Operate effectively under tight deadlines to ensure compliance with customer regulations and deliver video content promptly without compromising attention to detail.
- Collaborate across functions with the video production team to continuously enhance processes.
- Respond to feedback and implement necessary revisions based on internal or customer requests.
Requirements
- Strong command of the English language with excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely.
- Knowledge of FTP clients.
- Knowledge of non-linear/linear video editing systems.
- Experience with Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear understanding of video formatting.
