Responsibilities
- Evaluate mobile and web applications to confirm they adhere to defined quality benchmarks.
- Detect, log, and track software defects while working closely with engineering teams to implement timely fixes.
- Design, update, and manage comprehensive test scenarios and scripts derived from business needs and user narratives.
- Execute multiple testing types such as user interface, regression, cross-browser compatibility, integration, and final acceptance validation.
- Enhance testing frameworks and refine internal QA workflows to support consistent and efficient test execution.
- Produce organized and transparent test summaries, including outcomes, performance observations, and defect analysis.
- Engage throughout the software development lifecycle, contributing insights during planning, design, and deployment phases.
- Work with development, business analysis, and UX teams to verify product functionality matches user needs and delivery timelines.
