Varicent is looking for a Senior Python & Typescript Developer to build an AI-powered ELT platform that automates data engineering tasks. You'll write real code that solves real problems at scale using modern tools as part of a team focused on clean architecture and fast shipping.
What You'll Do
- Build and evolve the backend using Python and TypeScript (Node.js).
- Design and scale REST APIs for high-performance data operations.
- Use AWS tools like Lambda, S3, Redshift, and DynamoDB to power the platform.
- Help shape infrastructure using Terraform and the Serverless Framework.
- Collaborate across product, design, and QA teams to deliver features.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience with a backend language (e.g., Python, Java, C).
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs.
- Strong English communication skills.
