Jobgether is hiring a Senior Python Developer to design and build innovative products in a remote-first environment. You will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating open datasets and APIs, and extending security-focused applications.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring clean, efficient, and testable code.
- Explore open datasets and APIs to enhance knowledge bases and product offerings.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of new products and enhancements.
- Contribute to product design discussions and technical planning sessions.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of hands-on Python programming experience.
- Strong experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Knowledge of application, cloud, and network security concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React/JS, TypeScript, or additional programming languages (JS, Java, C#, Go, C++, SQL).
