Requirements
- Build and maintain Python applications with killer AWS integration (think Lambdas, GlueJobs, and StepFunctions).
- Implement slick ETL processes using AWS to wrangle and transform massive datasets.
- Work seamlessly across teams to define, design, and ship game-changing features.
- Optimize applications for peak performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Hunt down, diagnose, and obliterate software defects and issues.
- Stay razor-sharp on industry trends and technologies to keep our software bleeding-edge.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to teammates.
- Craft clean, elegant, and meticulously documented code.
Nice-to-haves
- Azure chops.
- Deep understanding of machine learning, NLP, and LLM concepts.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models.
- Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies like OpenAI's GPT family, Azure OpenAI, PyTorch, and friends.

- Craft new features from scratch
- Analyze requirements and sync with BSA
- Actively participate in grooming, estimation, and planning sessions
- Collaborate across the team (FE, QA, TDM, BSA, Architect)
- Maintain and evolve existing functionality, refactor, and squash bugs
