Responsibilities
- Direct full project life cycles from initiation to closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Manage project budgets and report on financial performance
- Facilitate agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate
- Drive alignment between technical teams and business objectives
- Lead regular project status meetings and reporting
- Document project requirements and change requests
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Support client onboarding and transition processes
- Implement best practices for project governance
- Use project management tools to track milestones and tasks
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap integration
- Escalate critical issues to senior leadership when needed
- Optimize workflows to improve team efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and archives
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Experience with electric vehicle or autonomous driving technologies
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe certification
- Direct experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 or functional safety standards
