Best Buy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator – Commercial Sales to lead the planning and timely delivery of complex projects, including bar & restaurant installations, education projects, and appliance installs. You will coordinate between external partners and internal stakeholders from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate projects between external partners and internal teams including merchandising, operations, and other departments.
- Conduct store visits to track progress, identify deficiencies, and assist external partners with any issues that arise.
- Prepare project timelines, critical paths, and stakeholder plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the planning and execution of projects.
- Prepare deficiency lists and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Maintain a project charter to track project progress.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of project management or coordination experience.
- 3+ years of experience directly leading projects.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
