About the Role
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical training and programming initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical training and programming.

- Manage and mentor a team of program managers and coordinators.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training materials and programs.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clinical staff.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in clinical training.
- Provide regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent training standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation for training programs.

- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
