About the Role
Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical training and programming initiatives across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities

- Provide regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent training standards.

- Develop and maintain documentation for training programs.

- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
