Zillion Technologies Inc. is hiring a Senior Profile Developer to join our Retail Bank Technology division. In this role, you will design, develop, and test software solutions with a strong emphasis on system architecture and integration. You will be expected to lead technical projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural best practices.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with the Development Team Leader and business stakeholders to clarify and refine project requirements.
Lead and manage development tasks, user stories, and team activities in coordination with the Development Team Leader.
Drive team improvements and proactively identify technical or process enhancements.
Develop detailed technical specifications based on business and functional requirements.
Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code in MUMPS, PSL, and SQL.
Ensure code meets security, stability, and confidentiality standards in line with company policies.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Track development issues and resolutions using tools such as JIRA.
Support junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing on the Profile application using MUMPS and PSL.
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing banking software, including financial product and reporting systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects and managing technical teams.
Minimum 2 years of experience in system design and implementation.

Nice to Have

4+ years of experience developing Windows-based desktop and server applications.
3+ years of experience with Profile Scripting Language (PSL).
3+ years working in an Agile development environment.
