Inventi is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to ensure a smooth customer experience, support product quality through testing, and bridge the gap between users and development teams.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for customer support inquiries.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products, including their features, use cases, and potential issues.
- Test new product features, updates, and bug fixes.
- Monitor and report support metrics to improve customer experience and product performance.
- Manage and oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful start.
- Develop, update, and maintain help articles, FAQs, and support guides.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline support, share insights, and shape the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in product support, technical support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to quickly learn product features, troubleshoot issues, and participate in product release testing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
