Lead the strategic direction and long-term evolution of critical telecommunications services as a Senior Product Manager. You will define product vision, craft multi-year roadmaps, and drive execution across the full lifecycle—from concept through launch—ensuring alignment with market demands and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the product strategy and long-term roadmap, integrating business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within the telecom ecosystem, particularly around network identifier standards such as CLLI and CLEI.
- Lead large-scale initiatives using Agile frameworks, collaborating closely with Product Owners, engineering, and design teams.
- Develop business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies to support product launches.
- Act as a technical authority on Common Language Information Services, advising internal teams and customers during the shift to IP-based infrastructure.
- Engage with standards organizations to influence future industry practices and ensure product alignment.
- Use data, metrics, and user insights to refine offerings and measure success.
Qualifications
Candidates must bring 5–7 years of product management experience in telecom or high-tech sectors, with a proven record of delivering products and leading cross-functional teams. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or MBA is preferred. Direct experience with Common Language services in a service provider setting is essential. Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms and participation in standards bodies (e.g., ATIS, ETSI, TMF) are strong advantages.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary range of $145,000–$155,000, with eligibility for variable pay. Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid time off, 401K with company match, and opportunities for professional growth in a technology-driven environment.
