Tnsi is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive the long-term vision, strategy, and execution for our Common Language Information Services. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of the product lifecycle within the telecommunications ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market needs.
Identify new product and service opportunities within the telecommunications ecosystem.
Lead complex, large-scale initiatives from concept to launch.
Own and manage the 3+ year product roadmap and prioritization across quarterly and annual planning horizons.
Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Lead Common Language Information Services strategy, including CLLI, CLEI, and related identifiers.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver, ensuring shared understanding of the roadmap.
Utilize metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities, iterate on products, and define success.
Engage with industry standards bodies to ensure alignment and influence future standards.
Act as a subject-matter expert for Common Language capabilities with customers and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

5-7 years of product management experience in telecommunications or high-tech environments.
Demonstrated success launching products and executing GTM strategies.
Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience with Common Language Information Services within a service provider environment.

Nice to Have

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Cloud-based SaaS product experience a plus.
Experience working with industry standards organizations (ATIS, OBF, ETSI, ITU, TMF) a plus.
