OLX is looking for a Senior Product Manager - MarTech and Growth to shape the technology that powers our marketing and user acquisition strategies. You will own a critical part of our product ecosystem, focusing on tools and platforms that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for MarTech and Growth initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch high-impact product features.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving marketing efficiency and user growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to align on priorities and execute the product strategy.
- Establish clear success metrics and drive continuous iteration based on performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on marketing technology, growth, or platform products.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams.
- Experience in the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization.
- A customer-centric and results-driven approach to product development.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks and tools.
