Accountabilities: · Establish and drive the product strategy for internal access management, emphasizing regulatory compliance like SOX. · Partner with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to develop secure, intuitive tools for internal teams. · Directly interact with internal customers to comprehend workflows, identify opportunities, and validate product solutions. · Steer product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. · Monitor and evaluate product performance through key metrics, identifying improvement areas and implementing changes. · Cultivate cross-functional alignment and motivate teams across the organization to achieve shared objectives. Requirements: · Demonstrated experience as a product manager on internal or platform-focused products. · Background with compliance-oriented systems or regulatory obligations (e.g., SOX). · Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. · Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating product vision to diverse audiences. · Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to develop impactful tools. · Proven ability to manage complex and ambiguous problems, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. · Comfort in taking ownership of product initiatives from inception to completion. · Bonus: Experience in platform products designed for engineers or technical teams as primary users.
