About the Role

Responsibilities

- Prioritize backlog items based on impact, technical feasibility, and business value
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple product initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with internal stakeholders
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Ensure seamless integration of buyer protection features into partner platforms
- Drive A/B testing and data-driven decision-making across product changes
- Represent the product in cross-departmental meetings and planning cycles
- Maintain deep understanding of e-commerce fraud and dispute resolution trends
- Support go-to-market activities including messaging and launch coordination
- Evaluate third-party tools and services relevant to transaction security
- Improve claims processing efficiency and user experience
- Enhance transparency and communication during dispute resolution
- Scale systems to support growing transaction volumes
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the product team
- Identify risks in current offerings and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure accessibility and clarity of protection terms for end users
- Optimize renewal and subscription mechanisms for protection plans
- Coordinate with external partners for service delivery improvements
- Drive adoption of new features through internal training and documentation
