About the Role
The role involves managing product backlogs, collaborating with development teams, and aligning deliverables with business goals in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product backlog items
- Collaborate with development teams on sprint planning
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions
- Monitor product development progress
- Communicate product vision to technical teams
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders
- Support agile ceremonies including stand-ups and reviews
- Work closely with UX and design teams
- Manage changing requirements efficiently
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Track key product metrics and performance indicators
- Act as primary point of contact for product queries
- Coordinate with external partners when necessary
- Maintain documentation for product features
- Support continuous improvement of product processes
- Identify risks and dependencies early
- Promote collaboration across departments
- Drive product decisions based on user needs
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tools
- Background in tech startups
- Knowledge of UX principles
