About the Role
Lead the product management of the control plane, focusing on the design, development, and launch of scalable and reliable products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for the control plane
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact
- Work with sales and marketing teams to launch and promote products
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve products
- Manage product lifecycle from inception to launch and beyond
- Ensure products meet technical and business requirements
- Collaborate with other product managers to align product strategy and roadmaps
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact product delivery
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and performance
- Work with customer support to address customer feedback and issues
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for products
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements
- Participate in product demos and presentations to stakeholders and customers
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features and initiatives
- Work with data science and analytics teams to gather and analyze product data
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure products meet security requirements
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions
