About the Role

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Partner with data science teams to enhance document authenticity detection
- Drive adoption of new features through internal and external training
- Monitor product performance using analytics and usage data
- Coordinate with QA teams to maintain high product quality
- Manage timelines and deliverables for product releases
- Communicate product updates to stakeholders across departments
- Support go-to-market strategies including messaging and positioning
- Evaluate third-party technologies for integration opportunities
- Maintain documentation for product features and workflows
- Identify scalability challenges and work on long-term architecture planning
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between legal, risk, and operations teams
- Respond to critical product issues with timely resolutions
- Present product progress to executive leadership
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in product design
- Optimize onboarding flows for document submission and verification
- Balance innovation with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Foster a customer-centric approach in product decision-making
