Socure is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Core Fraud Services to build the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy. In this role, you will own the foundational platform and core services that power Socure's fraud products, focusing on the 'industrialization' of fraud detection to deliver highly scalable, low-latency services.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical enablement for Score addons like Graph Intelligence and Signals, architecting them for maximum reuse.
Manage the model lifecycle as a product, building systems for seamless customer adoption of new fraud intelligence.
Manage and scale cross fraud services such as name matching and address validation for global consistency and high availability.
Use structured product frameworks to make data-driven prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
Develop detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to enable precise engineering execution.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes of graph and signal-based features.
Identify and execute opportunities for native integration of graph insights to enhance detection efficacy and reduce false positives.
Collaborate with dependent teams to ensure smooth data flows, operational performance, and measurable customer value.
Define and track KPIs that quantify signal precision, latency, and contribution to model accuracy.
Conduct customer discovery and feedback loops to validate hypotheses and refine product decisions.
Partner with Customer Success and Sales Engineering to understand customer workflows and optimize product usability.
Translate technical insights into clear product value propositions for internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, and other product areas for consistent integration of graph and signal intelligence.
Work with Product Marketing, Product Operations and Account teams to prepare product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.
Contribute to quarterly planning through transparent communication of tradeoffs, outcomes, and progress metrics.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically on platform systems, infrastructure, or core services in a high-scale B2B API or ML/AI environment.
Proven success delivering technical products end-to-end, with a strong record of shipping on time and iterating based on impact.
Strong technical knowledge of predictive analytics and experience in data-driven product development.
Ability to develop and execute product line roadmaps that align with market demands and business growth objectives.
Great cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience driving alignment between diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to drive product innovation by leveraging client feedback, market insights, and industry trends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.

Nice to Have

Experience with identity fraud data, model feedback loops, or graph-based fraud detection tools.
Prior work with clients in financial services, fintech, or government sectors.
MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of building B2B self-service oriented products for both customers and product teams.
Demonstrated user-centric approaches and ability to work alongside Designers and Engineers.
Strong influence and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to create clarity and drive focus.
East coast based.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $170K - $205K
