Rewst is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for our automation solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive company growth, with a focus on intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company vision and goals, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key features and milestones, prioritizing based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launches and facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions, championing the voice of the customer.
Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and provide leadership to drive team success.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
At least 2 years in a senior or lead product management role.
Experience in the software or technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, with ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

Nice to Have

Experience in automation or workflow management solutions.
MBA or advanced degree.
