Rewst is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for our automation solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive company growth, with a focus on intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company vision and goals, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key features and milestones, prioritizing based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launches and facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
- Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions, championing the voice of the customer.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and provide leadership to drive team success.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead product management role.
- Experience in the software or technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, with ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in automation or workflow management solutions.
- MBA or advanced degree.
