About the Role

Rewst is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for our automation solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive company growth, with a focus on intelligent automation and AI-driven capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company vision and goals, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key features and milestones, prioritizing based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launches and facilitate communication and alignment across departments.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions, championing the voice of the customer.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and provide leadership to drive team success.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead product management role.
  • Experience in the software or technology industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, with ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies, with ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in automation or workflow management solutions.
  • MBA or advanced degree.

You will work closely with engineering and design counterparts on a product team, and cross-functionally with stakeholders across the company.
