Checkly is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and empower developers to own application performance and reliability. In this fully remote role, you'll build and ship with AI as a force multiplier, focusing on real-world developer pain points from pull request to post-mortem.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship with AI as a force multiplier, actively using coding agents for full stack development.
- Identify the right problems to solve, focusing on real-world developer pain like flaky checks and noisy alerts.
- Engage with users, talking directly to developers to understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback.
- Own work end-to-end, from shaping the initial idea through implementation and rollout to watching production behavior.
- Take part in on-call and help support customers when things don't work as expected.
What We're Looking For
- Experience shipping features with AI from 0 to 100 with a relevant tech stack.
- Experience building and running production software that real users depend on.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to be autonomous and self-motivated in a remote work environment.
- Enjoy a fully remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones.

Compensation: €88k - €107k for someone in a similar cost of market as UK, Germany etc. €79k - €97k for someone in a similar cost of market as Spain, Poland, Ukraine etc.
