About the Role
This role involves shaping product design strategy, driving end-to-end design processes, and mentoring team members while ensuring consistency and innovation across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of digital products from concept to launch
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points and identify opportunities
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
- Define and maintain design system components and guidelines
- Participate in usability testing and analyze feedback for improvements
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and testing results
- Support agile workflows and contribute to sprint planning
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
