Responsibilities
- Design complete user journeys and information architecture to support seamless interactions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define and test user experiences.
- Build and refine UX patterns, and communicate design decisions and reasoning to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical and scalable product designs.
- Improve the organization's design system by defining component behaviors and usage standards.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer in web, mobile, or healthcare software.
- Proven skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field focused on user-centered or product design.
- Demonstrated ability to address complex product and user experience challenges.
- Strong portfolio showcasing consistent, high-quality product design work.

Compensation
