What You'll Do
- Design intuitive, role-based interfaces that reduce context switching and simplify daily operations for care teams.
- Develop tools that improve forecasting, workload balancing, and team utilization across care delivery functions.
- Unify fragmented systems—spanning admin panels, messaging platforms, and AI-driven workflows—into a consistent, modern interface.
- Create interfaces that streamline credentialing, licensing, and compliance tracking without sacrificing usability.
- Champion design quality by aligning solutions with the existing design system and ensuring accessibility and visual coherence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in product design, with direct collaboration across product and engineering teams.
- Degree in Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shipped products, with clear examples of interaction and visual design work.
- Proven ability to apply layout, typography, and iconography to build accessible, user-centered interfaces.
- Experience prototyping interactions to validate concepts and communicate design intent effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing across mobile, desktop, and wearable devices.
- Curiosity about generative AI and its potential to improve workflows or user experiences.
- Passion for health, fitness, or digital therapeutics and a drive to improve patient outcomes through design.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, requiring three days per week in the office. Due to collaboration with teams in San Francisco, availability for late evening meetings (IST) is expected.
