Responsibilities

- Facilitate design critiques and gather team input
- Support frontend implementation with detailed design specifications
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
- Balance user needs with technical constraints
- Drive improvements to onboarding and user flows
- Design for responsive web experiences
- Work within agile development cycles
