ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you'll use empathy and a deep understanding of users to create product experiences, collaborating closely with engineering and product management.
What You'll Do
- Develop innovative design solutions and product experiences that transform how people work.
- Drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles.
- Champion design approach, reconcile feedback from stakeholders, and provide input in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Grow leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.
