Jimdo is looking for a Senior Product Designer - CRM to play a crucial role in delivering easy-to-use value to customers. You will sit at the center of our user-centric mindset, bringing empathy to understand customer motivations and applying functional design principles to deliver industry-standard solutions.
What You'll Do
- Run Continuous Product Discovery, from generative to evaluative studies to understand customer motivations and needs.
- Apply cognitive science and data-informed design to influence decision-making.
- Deliver visual yet functional design solutions, following best practices in interaction design and information hierarchy.
- Design at different levels of fidelity to articulate and simplify abstract complex business concepts.
- Develop functional prototypes for rapid-testing and validation cycles.
- Adopt the Design System for coherence, consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
- Support the development of local and global libraries in the Design System across a multi-device product portfolio.
- Work, align, and communicate across functions and departments to unlock a truly impressive experience for customers.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in similar senior product design roles.
- Experience in SaaS business mechanics, speaking the language of such, and understanding and adopting metrics that inform decision making.
- Excel in both product discovery and product delivery tracks.
- Apply industry best practices for continuous product discovery.
- Proficient in adopting and contributing to Design Systems—mastery with Figma.
- Experience designing for both desktop and mobile industry standards.
- Knowledgeable about Conversational and Assistive AI design models.
- Ability to simplify complex business concepts into functional prototypes for rapid-testing and validation.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Creative, organized and self-motivated.
