Included Health is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Clinical Experiences to elevate the healthcare journey for our members. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and impactful experiences that connect individuals with the clinical care they need.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key clinical member journeys and features.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research partners.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex, shipped digital products.
- Proven ability to design user experiences from concept to launch and iteration.
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong systems thinking and ability to contribute to a design system.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
