Close is hiring a Senior Product Designer for our Automations & Integrations team. In this role, you'll transform complex sales processes into simple, accessible experiences using natural language and AI. You'll co-lead the product team alongside Product and Engineering, pioneering AI agent architecture and driving design strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead design strategy for automations and integrations experiences as a co-lead of the product team.
- Pioneer AI agent architecture by designing the infrastructure and user experiences for autonomous AI SDRs and intelligent workflow orchestration.
- Create breakthrough agentic AI experiences that deliver autonomous systems.
- Solve complex systems problems by transforming multi-step, technical workflows into simple, approachable experiences.
- Drive measurable impact by reducing time to create automations, increasing usage frequency, and reducing customer success issues.
- Shape the future of AI integration by defining how automations and agents can be triggered across product areas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally using Shape Up methodology to define cycle goals and lead strategic initiatives.
- Champion user needs while balancing complex technical constraints in a B2B environment.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality design at speed in fast-paced environments.
- Background in complex systems design for desktop and/or mobile SaaS products, particularly automation, workflow tools, or technical platforms.
- Skilled at systems thinking with a proven ability to design for complex, interconnected workflows and multi-step processes.
- Experienced applying design thinking to technical products and complex user flows.
- Exceptional leader and communicator able to influence technical teams and drive design decisions.
- Biased toward action and rapid iteration while maintaining high design quality.
- Experienced with design systems in Figma, including variables, modes, and component libraries.
- Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Must be US based.
Nice to Have
- AI product design experience including autonomous systems, multi-agent interfaces, and intelligent automation.
- Sales technology platform experience with deep understanding of CRM workflows and sales processes.
- Automation or agent product experience with understanding of workflow builders, triggers, and conditional logic.
- Small business experience either running an SMB or designing specifically for small business users.
- Design leadership experience at design-led organizations or leading design transformation initiatives.
- Multi-product platform experience working within product area teams at scale.
- Exposure to the Shape Up methodology with the ability to shape cycles and drive strategic initiatives.

Team & Environment
You'll be the 5th full-time Product Designer on the team, reporting to the Head of Product Design. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering using Shape Up methods.
