About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our enterprise products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centric solutions that drive business value. You will work on complex design challenges, from concept to execution, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of enterprise products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centric solutions.
- Define and own the design vision and roadmap for enterprise products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications to communicate design intent and guide development.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy and roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve design processes and standards.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible and can be implemented effectively.
- Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
