Responsibilities
- Develop user-centered designs for e-commerce and marketing technology features

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Translate business goals into functional design solutions
- Ensure designs align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Support end-to-end design processes from concept to launch
- Define and maintain design system components
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Advocate for user needs in product discussions
- Work within agile development environments

- Partner with UX researchers on study planning and synthesis
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention
