About the Role

Shape the design direction for e-commerce and marketing technology products that serve a worldwide audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and impactful user experiences across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Develop user-centered designs for e-commerce and marketing technology features
  • Conduct user research to uncover pain points and opportunities
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
  • Translate business goals into functional design solutions
  • Ensure designs align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights
  • Support end-to-end design processes from concept to launch
  • Define and maintain design system components
  • Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
  • Advocate for user needs in product discussions
  • Work within agile development environments
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze results
  • Document design decisions and rationale
  • Partner with UX researchers on study planning and synthesis
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention
  • Design for responsive and cross-platform experiences
  • Balance user needs with technical constraints
  • Support A/B testing initiatives with design variations
  • Contribute to roadmap planning through design exploration
