LTK is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact design work across our Brand and Creator platforms, which span responsive web and native iOS experiences. In this role, you will design tools and workflows that help brands grow through creator partnerships and empower creators to build sustainable businesses. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, owning product surfaces end-to-end and driving complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
What You'll Do
- Frame ambiguous problems into clear opportunity spaces, structured approaches, and actionable design directions.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals, tradeoffs, sequencing, and timelines.
- Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, brand adoption, and creator growth.
- Translate business and customer needs into scalable workflows, patterns, and systems.
- Shape cohesive experiences across Brand and Creator surfaces, ensuring patterns feel unified and system-first.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure cohesive, scalable, system-first solutions.
- Integrate qualitative research and quantitative signals into decisions.
- Use AI as a force multiplier in the UX workflow for research synthesis, concept exploration, and documentation.
- Influence cross-functional partners through clear storytelling, strong rationale, and thoughtful articulation of tradeoffs.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products with demonstrated ownership of complex product areas or workflows end-to-end.
- Proven experience shipping responsive web applications and native iOS products.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from discovery to delivery and connection between design decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Experience working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Data in outcome-driven environments.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to create scalable patterns across multiple surfaces.
- High standards for interaction design, visual craft, accessibility, and cohesive user experiences.
- Experience conducting or partnering on user research and using data to inform and refine work.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional partners in ambiguous environments.
- Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in fast-moving environments.
Nice to Have
- Android experience is a plus.
- Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and clarity.
Team & Environment
Reporting to the VP, Product Design. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and fellow designers.
