We're searching for a Senior Product Designer to join our Gen Tools delivery squad.

What You'll Do:
Design Intuitive Interactions: Craft engaging, user-friendly UX/UI designs for our flagship product using Figma.
Prototyping: Build clickable prototypes that bring user experiences to life and communicate designs clearly to engineers and teammates.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner across functions to deliver and ship new features, spreading knowledge and supercharging team collaboration.
Present Designs: Articulate and rationalize designs, walking leadership and peers through key milestone deliverables.
Conduct Research: Dive deep into qualitative and quantitative research to uncover rich customer engagement insights.
Data Driven Decisions and Research: Leverage product data and research to gain customer understanding, making informed decisions that dramatically improve user experience.
Promote Design Standards: Define and champion design guidelines, best practices, and industry-leading standards.
Manage Projects: Own your design work within the delivery squad, hitting design outcomes and timelines — with support from Senior Design Mentors.
Influence Positive Change: Uphold ethical standards and cultivate a supportive work environment that drives meaningful team transformation.
Skills We Need:
Proficiency in Figma: Robust understanding and experience delivering web/mobile applications.
UX Skills: Ability to deconstruct complex problem spaces, map user journeys, generate breakthrough ideas rapidly — seamlessly moving from low to high-fidelity wireframing.
UI Design Skills: Genuine passion for UI design with practical expertise in applying user-centric design principles.
Design Systems: Proven experience developing and maintaining design systems with atomic design knowledge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Track record of effective teamwork across diverse functional groups.
Engagement with Trends: Inherently curious and plugged into the latest product design, mobile app, and tech trends.
