About the Role
This position is for a seasoned designer who can lead the visual and interactive direction of digital products, working across teams to create seamless, research-informed experiences that align with both user needs and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for complex product features
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Translate product requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Advocate for user needs across the development lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Gather insights through usability testing and analytics
- Balance business goals with user experience priorities
- Drive accessibility and inclusivity in design solutions
- Support onboarding and documentation for design assets
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior designers and share best practices
- Participate in design critiques and peer reviews
- Define interaction patterns for new functionality
- Work within agile development cycles
- Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization
- Identify opportunities for design innovation
- Solve ambiguous problems with structured thinking
- Integrate feedback from diverse teams
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable
