Renmoney is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design strategy and execution for our digital financial products. You will spearhead the design of mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools, delivering intuitive solutions that boost customer satisfaction, drive adoption, and fuel business success.

What You'll Do

Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels, delivering solutions that increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to transform business goals into user-centric designs, consistently shipping high-impact product features.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights to refine designs, targeting a 90%+ user satisfaction score.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
Mentor junior designers, helping them grow into confident contributors.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries.
A robust portfolio showcasing digital/mobile design projects with measurable outcomes (e.g., improved conversion rates or user engagement).
Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
