What You'll Do
Partner with cross-functional teams to turn strategic objectives into intuitive, visually compelling product experiences. You'll take ownership of the design process from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs and technical feasibility.
Lead research activities including task analysis, user interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Translate insights into clear interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that guide development.
Champion user empathy across teams, advocating for accessible, human-centered design. Stay engaged with evolving design practices and technologies, bringing fresh thinking to improve both process and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to craft compelling design narratives that align user needs with business goals
- Experience leading design initiatives in Agile environments, particularly within startups or client-driven projects
- Strong background in user-centered methodologies, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability validation
- Exceptional visual and written communication skills, with attention to typography, color, and motion
- Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with engineering and product teams
- Background working with US or European clients, understanding cultural and market nuances
- A passion for continuous learning and improving design systems and workflows
