About the Role
The role involves leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products, from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions are user-focused, technically feasible, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and objectives
- Work alongside engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across teams
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Participate in usability testing and analyze results
- Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Present design concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design outputs
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Contribute to design strategy and long-term vision
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Support agile development processes with timely deliverables
- Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Integrate feedback from cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Collaborate with UX writers to refine interface text
- Support product launches with final design assets
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform design direction
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
