Braze is hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of new features and refine UX/UI patterns across our mobile apps and web platforms. You will influence the product roadmap and help shape the design organization within our high-growth, remote startup.
What You'll Do
- Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features
- Refine UX/UI patterns across iOS and Android apps
- Rethink onboarding and core user flows
- Influence the product roadmap
- Refine process and help shape the design organization
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable work that includes research, discovery, prototyping, and delivery of consumer-facing products across multiple platforms
- Ability to articulate product strategy (what and why)
- Comfort talking with customers and using their feedback
- Ability to collaborate with opinionated PMs, engineers, and execs
- Skilled at typography, information design, and micro-interactions
- Articulate communication and ability to explain ideas at various resolutions
- Ability to focus and know when to engage or be heads down in a remote, high-growth startup
