Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle design initiatives, spanning user research, information architecture, high-fidelity UI, and occasional implementation for an AI-driven development tool.
- Create visually refined and reliable interfaces that simplify complex code analysis and foster confidence in AI-generated feedback.
- Establish interaction models, micro-interactions, and motion design for real-time AI features, conversational interfaces, and autonomous workflows aligned with developer habits.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system that scales across web applications, IDE plugins, Git platforms, and command-line interfaces.
- Design clear data visualizations and intuitive structures to present code metrics, dependency maps, and AI insights effectively.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to shape product direction, strategy, and execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Anticipate future AI capabilities by designing forward-looking experiences and rapidly prototyping concepts to inspire and validate ideas.
- Champion design excellence by setting standards, improving processes, and ensuring consistency across product experiences.
