About the Role

We're seeking a Product Analyst for our Rewarding Systems domain: the team dedicated to ensuring our digital currency, earnings, and incentive systems cultivate sustainable long-term player enthusiasm. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, evaluate, and refine a reward mechanism that feels equitable, captivating, and consistently motivational. This position demands a distinctive fusion of analytical precision, mathematical modeling, and profound curiosity about player behavior, value frameworks, and enduring sustainability. You'll bring lucidity and data-driven decision-making to one of our product experience's most crucial components: how players accumulate, perceive rewards, and maintain excitement over extended periods. Tasks: - Design, define, conduct and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation on reward mechanics (earning rates, conversion points, reward schedules) - Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior data to uncover usage patterns understanding motivation and reward-related churn - Identify fundamental causes of reward system challenges (inflation, imbalance, low engagement, misaligned incentives) - Develop and evolve tracking concepts ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data collection - Define metrics and construct reporting and visualizations providing clear and precise data to business stakeholders - Promote data literacy, advocate for data usage and data-driven decision-making - Think innovatively to discover optimal solutions for complex, often unstructured problems - Implement Machine Learning algorithms for user segmentation, regression, and classification - Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to enhance data products, driving faster and more accurate outcomes - Work closely with Engineering teams to define necessary data collection for optimal results This job is not for you if: - You're indifferent to analyses whose results will be disregarded - You enjoy repetitive tasks lacking creativity - Business goals and impact measurement are unimportant to you - Building unused tools doesn't concern you - You're comfortable using methods without understanding underlying scientific principles - Complex problem-solving doesn't appeal to you - You're not seeking a challenging environment - Asking probing questions isn't your style Requirements: - Minimum 5 years analytics experience, preferably in product analytics focusing on consumer-facing products (Mobile gaming experience preferred) - Proficient in SQL and Python, including Pandas and Numpy packages - Experience with collaboration tools like Google Colab - Expertise defining metrics and creating clear visualizations using BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) - Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake - Familiarity with mobile analytics platforms for measuring user acquisition and engagement - Comfortable conducting statistical analysis using best practices - Strong attention to detail and complex data interpretation skills - Excellent communication and proven stakeholder collaboration experience Benefits: - Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours, digital nomad options - Employee Stock Options: Virtual Share Option Program participation - Mental Health Support: Free personal coaching - Training & Development: €2000 annual personal development budget, free language courses - Germany-Based Benefits: 25 vacation days, Gympass gold, Deutschland-Ticket, €50 monthly internet contribution - State-of-the-Art Equipment: Personalized technical gear - Relocation Package: Visa support - Berlin Office Perks: Ergonomic setup, daily lunch, dog-friendly environment - Engaging Diverse Workplace: 30+ nationalities across 20 locations * Benefits may vary by location and contract type About Us: Join the organization revolutionizing mobile gaming by making playtime genuinely rewarding.
