We're seeking a Product Analyst for our Rewarding Systems domain: the team dedicated to ensuring our digital currency, earnings, and incentive systems cultivate sustainable long-term player enthusiasm. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design, evaluate, and refine a reward mechanism that feels equitable, captivating, and consistently motivational. This position demands a distinctive fusion of analytical precision, mathematical modeling, and profound curiosity about player behavior, value frameworks, and enduring sustainability. You'll bring lucidity and data-driven decision-making to one of our product experience's most crucial components: how players accumulate, perceive rewards, and maintain excitement over extended periods.
