InPost Group is hiring a (Senior) Product Analyst (m/f/n)

Your responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization, translating business needs into data requirements. - Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics to enable clear, reliable decision-making. - Own and oversee event tracking – define requirements, validate implementation, and ensure consistency over time. - Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics. - Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to analyze business performance and user behavior, as well as present insights in Power BI. - Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role. - Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus) - Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking. - Familiarity with Reporting Tools (Power BI - is a plus). - Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations. - Ability to work independently, take ownership, and consult stakeholders. - Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+).
