InPost Group is hiring a (Senior) Product Analyst (m/f/n)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between Product and Data teams, converting business objectives into actionable data specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to establish, evaluate, and interpret metrics that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Take full ownership of event tracking processes, including requirement definition, implementation validation, and long-term consistency.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to develop and refine scalable data models tailored for product analytics.
  • Leverage Databricks using SQL and Spark for in-depth analysis of business performance and user behavior, and visualize findings in Power BI.
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of A/B tests by establishing success criteria and analyzing outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a comparable analytical position.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with large-scale cloud-based data platforms, with prior use of Databricks considered advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record in defining KPIs and managing event tracking frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of reporting platforms, with experience in Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on transforming data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to lead initiatives and advise stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in Polish and English at B2 level or higher.
