About the Role
The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing product performance to enhance user experience and achieve business goals. Responsibilities

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven product strategies and roadmaps.
- Identify and address data gaps and inconsistencies to improve data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product analytics with business objectives.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and other team members.
- Participate in product launches and post-launch evaluations to assess performance and gather feedback.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform product development.

- Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support product analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with customer support and success teams to gather user feedback and address issues.
