About the Role

Responsibilities

- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks
- Manage resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
- Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Enforce adherence to established workflows and standards
- Support risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes
- Mentor junior team members in best practices
- Promote accountability across team functions
- Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
- Oversee change management during project execution

- Foster clear communication across departments
