Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager to lead the development and optimization of software monetization strategies. This remote role combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and customer-centric insights to shape pricing models and revenue-driving initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain pricing and packaging strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing and inform positioning.
- Design monetization models, including subscription, usage-based, and transaction-based pricing.
- Analyze pricing KPIs, perform elasticity testing, and integrate customer feedback into strategic updates.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure packaging aligns with product capabilities and roadmap.
- Lead structured rollouts and internal communications for pricing changes, supporting enablement and objection handling.
- Maintain governance documentation and manage internal pricing tools and systems.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably within a technology company or SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; able to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience designing pricing tests and interpreting customer feedback to optimize monetization.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and influencing skills across multiple levels and functions.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, take ownership of complex initiatives, and drive results independently.
- Familiarity with SaaS financial metrics, subscription models, and strategic consulting approaches.

- Experience with service pricing models and cross-functional execution in high-growth tech environments.
