700Apps is seeking a Senior Presales Engineer to support our sales efforts by leveraging deep technical expertise across key IT domains. You will play a critical role in collaborating with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored solutions that drive successful engagements.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend client needs and design tailored solutions across diverse technology stacks.
- Analyze tenders, RFPs, and RFQs to evaluate requirements and provide optimal solution recommendations.
- Create comprehensive technical proposals, product configurations, and pricing estimates aligned with client specifications.
- Lead compelling presentations and demonstrations of 700Apps’ solutions, highlighting features and benefits.
- Customize demos to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with their business and technical goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools offered by 700Apps.
- Facilitate the transition from sales to implementation, conveying technical specifications to the delivery team.
- Produce high-quality documentation and technical writing for proposals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer or technical sales position.
- Experience within Data Management, Digital Transformation, AI, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Specific experience in Data Management and Data Governance.
- Data Engineering knowledge including: ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence.
- Knowledge of DAMA frameworks and NDMO/PDPL standards.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to design, present, and support complex solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- CDMP Certification is preferred.
